Placing an order on the website indicates your agreement to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. The steps to complete your order on the website are as follows:
 
Find the product you wish to purchase on the website.
 
Select your desired size and click “Add to Cart”.
 
After adding all required items to your cart, click “Checkout”.
 
You will need to enter your shipping and payment information.
 
Check your order to ensure all items and details are correct.
 
Click “Pay Now”.
 
You will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

If Velinora is unable to complete your order for any reason, we will immediately email you to the email address you provided when placing your order, explaining the situation and offering all possible solutions.

Please carefully check the items in your shopping cart and shipping information before clicking “Pay Now” to ensure your order is correct. Once the order is submitted, Velinora may not be able to modify or cancel it.
 
If you entered any incorrect information at checkout, please visit the Help Center and contact our team as soon as possible. However, please note that the order may not be able to be cancelled or modified.

Velinora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. We expressly reserve the right to refuse your order for any of the following reasons:
