  1. Returns & Exchanges Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Conditions for Return or Exchange

-Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

-Item(s) must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

-Item(s) with removed tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items with removed or damaged tags.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items that are not in original condition.

  • How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at：Velinora.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  • Refunds&Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
